Karen Regan Photography Exhibit Heading to the National Seashore

EASTHAM – Photographs by Karen Regan will be featured as part of a new exhibit at the Cape Cod National Seashore’s Salt Pond Visitor Center next month.

The exhibit is part of the national seashore’s ongoing series, Perspectives: Seeing Cape Cod National Seashore through Art.

Regan captures the natural beauty of the Outer Cape and the national seashore through photography. Inspiration for her work comes from the wild and fragile environment surrounding her. In this exhibit, Regan focuses on visually recording the Outer Cape from Orleans to Provincetown.

Regan is best known for her work on Cape Cod, but she travels extensively and has collections of works from around the world.

She also loves portraiture and has an extensive online following and has shown her work in Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet. Regan is a member of The Truro Group, Stony Brook Camera Club, and The Franklin Fine Arts Association. She resides in North Truro six months of the year.

A public reception for the artist will be held on Sunday, November 5, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the exhibit room at the Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham.
