OSTERVILLE – A Cape Cod real estate company is getting bigger.
Kinlin Grover has announced its acquisition of Real Estate Associates of Cape Cod.
As part of the Randall Family of Companies, Kinlin Grover now operates 24 offices across Cape Cod, the South Coast and the South Shore.
The agency specializes in the marketing and sale of waterfront, village and luxury homes.
Mike Schlott, the President of Kinlin Grover, says the opportunity to increases the agency’s market share in the region was one it could not pass up.
“They have a 40-year family legacy, a great reputation, terrific group of agents with a high level of customer service,” Schlott said.
Schlott said the acquisition was also a great cultural fit for the company.
“Strategically, it increases our market share in the Upper Cape Region,” he said. “And we just think it makes us better moving forward.”
The Real Estate Associates of Cape Cod will continue to operate as they did previously, but just under the Kinlin Grover banner.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
