SANDWICH – The Sandwich Arts Alliance is bringing a mix of old, new and unique classes to the lineup of this year’s spring program.
Enrollment is now open for the spring classes, which begin on April 22 at the Sandwich Public Library and various artists’ studios around town. The courses will last roughly five to six weeks.
Along with returning favorites, new classes and instructors are on the program is an expanded adult workshop for those with limited time.
“we’re striving to increase the diversity of our courses and we’re adding new classes at different skill levels,” said Coordinator Pauline Tessein.
One class offering a unique experience is Create a Seaside Villahe, taught by well-known local artist Elizabeth Mumford – who boasts her collection of her popular folk-art.
Other new classes include Glass Bead Making, Finding the Writer Within, and Step Outside: Plein Aire.
