Officials say that this year is shaping up to be one of the busiest on record for Cape Cod Community College in the wake of new free college policies. President John Cox says they are up to 34 hundred students this semester, a 25% increase over the previous year. Cox says they have also doubled down on digital literacy programs to help older residents looking to expand their education.
