Lottery Applications Available for High Meadow Town Homes in Bourne

HYANNIS – Officials with the Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) and the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) have announced that applications are now available for their ‘High Meadow’ town homes in Bourne.

High Meadow will be comprised of a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom town homes reserved for those making 30 percent of the Area Median Income for Barnstable County.

The 44 affordable dwellings represent the third and final phase of a project that included 73 additional units that were built as part of Canal Bluffs, and Clay Pond Cove project.

Applications are currently available online at www.haconcapecod.org at HAC’s office at 460 West Main Street in Hyannis, among other locations.

Applications are due to HAC by Wednesday, August 15th at 5 pm.
