DENNIS – The Housing Assistance Corporation is holding a lottery for the chance to purchase a detached condo in Dennis. It has three bedrooms, two baths and is priced at $179,000 with a monthly fee of $37.50.
With some exceptions, the applicant must be a first-time home buyer and able to acquire a mortgage that covers the home’s purchase price.
There are maximum income requirements which range from $41,080 for one person to $58,630 for a household of four. The applicant’s total Assets must be less than $75,000.
Anyone who wishes to participate in the lottery can go to [email protected], or pay a visit to the Dennis Town Hall, Housing Authority, or libraries. Applications are also available at the HAC on West Main Street in Hyannis.
The deadline is March 26th at 5:00 PM.
