Maintenance Work on Bourne and Sagamore Bridges Scheduled This Week

BOURNE – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is announcing maintenance work scheduled for the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges this week.

Maintenance work will be performed on the Bourne Bridge on Monday, December 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this time, one travel lane on the Bourne Bridge will be restricted and the remaining three lanes will be open at all times.

Additionally, maintenance work will be performed on the Sagamore Bridge On Tuesday, December 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this time, one travel lane on the Sagamore Bridge will be restricted and the remaining three lanes will be open at all times. 

A rain date for the work has been set for Wednesday, December 5.  No wide loads will be permitted to cross the bridges when lane restrictions are in place.
