Maria Mitchell Association Hosting Summer Camp

NANTUCKET – The Maria Mitchell Association is hosting a weeklong children’s program focusing on life on Nantucket in the 1800’s.

The program titled “A walk through Nantucket” is targeted for children ages 7-10. The camp runs July 8^th -12^th and August 5^th -9^th.

The program is limited to 10 children and costs 400 for members of the Maria Mitchell association and 475 for non-members. At the camp children will make butter, create their own journals, weave small baskets, make yarn dolls, and marbleize paper.
