MARSTONS MILLS – A celebration is planned in Marstons Mills this weekend with the 28th annual village day event.
The event features live music, food, vendors, and a number of activities, including phony rides, a moon walk, and face painting.
Main Street will be closed down from noon to 4 p.m. to allow for foot traffic only.
The Marstons Mills Historical Society will be on hand to discuss “Who put the Mills in Marstons Mills?”
Parking will be behind the elementary school on the Route 28 side.
A hamburger and hot dog lunch will be available from noon to 2 p.m.
The annual chicken BBQ begins at 4 p.m. The cost for tickets to the BBQ is $12.
