WEST TISBURY – The 157th Martha’s Vineyard Livestock Show and Fair is going on this weekend, it opened Thursday.
The fair features rides, food, carnival style games, art exhibits, animal exhibits and assorted competitions.
It is generally a highlight of summer on the Vineyard and is well attended.
Gates open at 10 am and close at 11 Friday and Saturday, Sunday hours are 10-7.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids and seniors.
Children under five and members of the Agricultural Society get in free.
