Mass Audubon to Host Wild, Wild Wellfleet

WELLFLEET – Mass Audubon and the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary will be hosting Wild, Wild Wellfleet later this summer.

The event is a quintessential Cape Cod summer evening under the stars, featuring some of the best local food of the Outer Cape; fine wines and local beer.

Additionally attendees will enjoy live music and dancing with the Oh Boys; and a fun and lively auction offering unique Cape Cod experiences on land and on the water.

As Wellfleet Bay celebrates 60 years in 2018, the organization is doubling down on their commitment to protecting the nature of Cape Cod and ensuring that the next generation can enjoy this very special region for decades to come.

Proceeds from the event support conservation and education programs. This includes efforts to teach 2,100 local children in Outer Cape public schools and protect and monitor Cape Cod wildlife—including endangered sea turtles, threatened diamondback terrapins, and coastal waterbirds.
