HYANNIS – MassDevelopment has loaned the Housing Assistance Corporation $1.17 million for the construction of eight rental housing units at 57 Ridgewood Avenue in Hyannis.
HAC will be making all units available for year-round housing. Six of the units will be rented at the market rate, while two units will be available for individuals who earn less than 80 percent of the median income of the area.
The Ridgewood Avenue site is located within the downtown area served by MassDevelopment’s Transformative Development Initiative.
