FALMOUTH – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will be continuing road construction at the Route 28 intersection with Bearse’s Way on Monday.
The roadwork will continue into Tuesday, the Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works says traffic will be detoured at times during the two days. Vehicles traveling north and south on Bearse’s Way and east and west on Route 28 will be impacted.
The work will almost certainly cause significant traffic delays. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route. The work is scheduled between the hours 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
