Mississippi Woman Rolls SUV In Truro, Arrested for OUI

police carTRURO – A Mississippi woman was arrested in Truro early this morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after her SUV rolled over on Route 6.

Truro police spotted the vehicle driving erratically heading south from Provincetown and watched as the Chevy Suburban lost control and rolled on its side around 12:30 a.m.

Allison Guynn, 36, of Vicksburg, Miss., was removed from the vehicle and taken by Truro rescue crews to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries described as non life-threatening.

Guynn was charges with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, operating negligently to endanger, marked lanes violation, failure to stop for police, possession of a class D substance and leaving the scene of property damage.

She was also driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
