MMA Offers Boats, Marine Items for Sale at Benefit Auction

SANDWICH – The Massachusetts Maritime Academy’s annual sealed bid sale is in full swing this weekend.

The auction features boats, engines, trailers and other marine items donated to the school. All proceeds from the event will benefit the school’s scholarship programs, waterfront facilities and training vessels.

The sealed bid sale will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Parking for the event is available at the Sandwich gate to Joint Base Cape Cod.

Attendees must bring a government-issued identification, park at the gate, and ride the shuttle from the gate to the event.
