More Meetings Scheduled for Bass River Bridge Replacement Plans

YARMOUTH-  More dates have been set for the Route 28 Bass River Bridge project to move forward.

Officials have announced that on May 11th, the state will conduct their final fact-finding meeting with mariner interest stakeholders including harbormasters, and marina owners.

The goal of these final meetings is to gain a good idea of all the background concerns associated with a new bridge, and will serve as a lead into the public phases of meetings.

Work is scheduled to begin on the new structure in 2020.
