BARNSTABLE – Five people were transported to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis just after 12 p.m. Sunday following a three-car crash on Route 6 at the westbound on-ramp in Barnstable.
Crews from Barnstable, West Barnstable, Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills and Hyannis fire departments all responded to the scene to transport the victims. Barnstable Fire Captain Chris Beal said none of the injuries were life-threatening.
State Police also responded to the scene and are investigating the cause of the crash.
