Nantucket Cottage Hospital to Offer Walk-In Care

NANTUCKET – Those with minor medical conditions like rashes, scrapes, back pain, earaches, muscle pain and sore throats while visiting Nantucket this summer will have a way to avoid the emergency room.

Nantucket Cottage Hospital will offer a walk-in care service for those with non-life-threatening conditions.

No appointments will be necessary, however patients must have a Mass General Medical Record Number. Those that do not have one may call (866) 211-6588.

The service will be open from June 20^th to September 5^th. It will be available seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to noon.
