NANTUCKET – The Nantucket Historical Association is announcing the return of their popular Summer Sunset Series.
The intimate rooftop concerts take place on Mondays in July and August at the Whaling Museum.
These special evening events, include a concert with catering and libations where guests will also enjoy stunning views of Nantucket Harbor on Tucker’s Roofwalk, the rooftop observation deck at the Whaling Museum. A cash bar will also be available.
Featured musicians this season will be Foggy Roots, a Nantucket reggae and classic rock band to kick things off on July 9th.
Switching off weeks with Foggy Roots will Coq Au Vin, an eclectic global sound, home-grown on Nantucket, specializing in Gypsy jazz, French, Spanish, and Latin American music, as well as American blues standards.
Performances run from 7 through 9 PM, tickets are $20 for NHA members, $30 for non-members.
