EASTHAM – Residents and visitors can get out of the cold through the winter season with activities at the Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham.
Except on Christmas Day, hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
On weekends through December 23 and from December 26 through January 1, attendees can explore a variety of seashore stories and resources through hands on activities.
Artwork by Karst Hoogeboom, Mark Adams and Rebecca Arnoldi is on display in the classroom through the month.
There will also be a showing of the original animated film “101 Dalmations” on Sunday December 30 at 1:30 p.m.
The gift shop and bookstore is also open daily with a selection of seashore-related items, including books, maps, puzzles, apparel, toys, glassware and pottery.
