New Bedford Whaling Museum Looking for New Tour Guides

NEW BEDFORD – The New Bedford Whaling Museum is looking for new volunteers to give tours.

Tour guides work with school children, tour groups, and other visitors.

All of those who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subject are encouraged to sign up for a 12 part training course, which begins on January 8. The course runs from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays.

Multi-lingual volunteers are especially encouraged to join.

The deadline to register for the training course is December 13. To register, click here.
