New Visitor Center Opens on Hyannis Village Green

HYANNIS – The Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon on Friday marking the official opening of the new Visitor Information Center on the Hyannis Village Green.

The small structure will give the chamber more opportunities to speak with tourists visiting the area and encourage them to spend more time in Hyannis.

Initial operating hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays.

The chamber praised the efforts of the Town of Barnstable, Joyce Landscaping and Pine Harbor Sheds for working to quickly getting the new center open.
