YARMOUTH – It’s now easier for Yarmouth resident to pay bills online, thanks to a new online bill-pay vendor for the town.
The new vendor, City Hall Systems, will allow Yarmouth residents to pay municipal bills in a much more streamlined and efficient manner; and will also save the town money in the long run.
“Benefits include reduced postage and printing costs and there’s a paper opt-out option if they choose to get bills by email,” said Assistant Collector/Treasurer Jaye Anne Kensten.
The new system accepts credit and debit cards, along with e-checks, and unlike its predecessor, will also be able to accept late payments.
Over the coming months, the town will implement more services to the system, including beach and disposal stickers by the first of the year.
