EASTHAM – An Online Home Buyer Education course is being offered to Lower Cape residents by the Community Development Partnership. It is aimed at first time buyers who are unable to attend an in-person workshop.
Information on budgeting, looking for, selecting and purchasing a home is included. It consists of self-paced online modules and one in-person group meeting.
A Certificate of Completion will be given to those who complete the course to the satisfaction of the CDP. The next group meeting will be from 6:00-7:00 pm at their offices in Eastham.
Pre-registration is required and the cost is $100 per household, up to two people.
