PROVINCETOWN – Though the main thoroughfare in Provincetown is under construction, the three studios at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum are steadfast in their ability to aid in your creative expression.
Find respite during these cold months at the Lillian Orlowsky and William Freed Museum School.
The program will run January-May this year, with one-day tutorials, six week intensives, and everything in between.
Workshop offerings include oil painting, stop-motion animation, watercolor, collage, “iPhoneography”, and scientific illustration.
Express your ideas, your fears, your joys, and your most heartfelt desires through art, and with the guidance of talented teaching artists from Cape Cod and beyond.
In addition to workshops, the Museum School is hosting Artwork Reviews, monthly Gallery Conversations on a wide range of topics, and, as always, Chester I. Solomon Life Drawing every Tuesday and Friday morning.
As PAAM gets ready to kick off the program, they’re offering $25 off the cost of tuition to the first 25 students to register.
PAAM was established in 1914 by a group of artists and townspeople to build a permanent collection of works by artists of outer Cape Cod, and to exhibit art that would allow for unification within the community.
