PROVICNETOWN – The Pilgrim Mounment and Provincetown Museum will ring in the new year with a big celebration and a fundraiser.
The museum is holding a champagne reception on New Years Day to coincide with the town’s fireworks display in Provincetown Harbor that evening.
Event organizers pitch the event as the best place in town to catch the fireworks. The Pilgrim Monument is the tallest granite tower in the United States and the tallest structure on Cape Cod.
The reception will include wine, champagne, oysters, and more food. Tickets are $50 per person and are available online at the monument’s website or by calling 508-487-1310.
The event is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. on New Years Day.
The fireworks wrap up a series of events planned in Provincetown for the New Years Weekend.
