New Year’s Day Plunge to Benefit Center For Coastal Studies

PROVINCETOWN – The Center for Coastal Studies will be the beneficiary of next year’s Polar Bear Plunge.

A group of very hardy people will gather at noon on January 1st, and sprint into Provincetown Harbor. Now in its 3rd year, the event is part of P-town’s First Light Celebrations.

People are invited to come and cheer the plungers on.  There will be a D.J., guest emcee, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and great company.

Those who register before December 15th will receive a Polar Bear Plunge t-shirt.
