Police say  Bishop was identified as the robber and was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters.

Yarmouth Patrol Officers at 213 Cranberry Lane made contact with Heather E. Alves, 31, at the residence, according to police. Police say Alves was not involved in the armed robbery but was found to have an active warrant for motor vehicle offenses and she was also placed under arrest and transported to Yarmouth Police Headquarters.

Alves is also scheduled to be arraigned today.

During the booking process of Bishop he was found to have a stack of $10 and $20 bills in his right front pocket and another wad of $20 bills in his front left pocket that police believe are evidence from the robbery.

Members of the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Unit provided crime scene services. A search warrant was obtained by Yarmouth Police Detective Kent which was executed at 2:30 this morning led to the recovery of what police say is evidence involved in the robbery.
