Pre-Show Lineup Announced for Pops by the Sea Concert

HYANNIS – New details have been announced on the pre-show lineup for the upcoming Pops by the Sea concert in Hyannis.

The 32^nd annual show with the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra is planned for Sunday, August 13 at 5 p.m. on the Hyannis Village Green. Pre-show festivities are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

This year’s opening acts include the Wicked Trio Plus, a jazz and blues group, local vocalist Chantal Joseph, the Cape Youth Orchestra’s “Brass, Saxes, and Drums” ensemble, and singer-songwriter Jordan Renzi, a 2017 Arts Foundation of Cape Cod Fellowship Recipient.

“The Wicked Trio Plus is thrilled to be sharing the pre-show stage with some of our favorite peers in the region’s music community, and we look forward to another great performance by the Pops as this Cape Cod cultural tradition continues,” said bandmember Bert Jackson.

“I’m very excited to be hosting the pre-show this year, which will showcase an eclectic mix of talented local artists,” said DJ Sinnetti.

The annual concert is the largest fundraiser for the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod.
