MARTHA’S VINEYARD – President Barack Obama and his family are spending the day at the beach with family and friends on the fourth day of his Martha’s Vineyard vacation.

The beach is on a barrier between the Atlantic Ocean and Edgartown Great Pond.

Obama has spent the last two days on the golf course at Farm Neck in Oak Bluffs, where he played for five hours on Monday and six hours on Sunday.

The Obamas are staying in their rented home in Chilmark.

The first family has vacationed on the island every year since 2009, with the exception of 2012.
