HARWICH PORT – Several prizes have been added to Harwich Port’s 2nd Annual Festival of Trees to benefit the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
The festival will run from November 30 through December 2 at White Flowers on Main Street.
Spectacularly decorated festival trees will be trimmed to fit into the homes of winning bidders or as part of outdoor decorations.
Some of the trees will be adorned with gifts and prizes.
Some of the presents include airfare from Cape Air between Hyannis and Nantucket and tickets and transportation to a Bruins game, along with gift cards for several local restaurants and businesses.
New for this year will be the addition of Gingerbread Houses made by local food establishments.
Visitors may place bids for the trees or houses during a silent auction during the weekend or enter raffle tickets to win select trees of houses.
Hours for the Festival are 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 30; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 1 and noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 2.
A drawing for the winners will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Net proceeds from the event will go to the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
