EAST SANDWICH – The Parkinson Support Network of Cape Cod/American Parkinson Disease Association Massachusetts Chapter Branch will host a free educational program next week featuring several experts from Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
The experts will discuss techniques that care partners can use to focus on their own health and well-being while caring for a loved one with Parkinson’s.
A Caregiver’s Primer: A Mindful Approach to Self-Care is Tuesday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod in East Sandwich.
