PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown voters said yes to a tax increase in support of new year-round rental housing for the community.

Question two passed at Tuesday’s town election, allowing for an additional $500,000 in property and real estate taxes.

Voters chose to return incumbents to their seats on the Board of Selectmen, re-electing Tom Donegan and Cheryl Andrews to three year terms.

A ballot question establishing a committee to review the town’s charter also passed.
