PLYMOUTH – The state’s Nuclear Decommissioning Citizens Advisory Panel will hold a public meeting next week with officials from Entergy, the owners of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.

The meeting will focus on the location of the station’s second Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation which is often a concrete pad for the metal casks which store spent fuel.

Entergy will also present an overview of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission decision on the license transfer process for its Vermont Yankee plant.

The meeting is Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Plymouth Community Intermediate School.
