Registration Open for Bike Ride to Benefit Falmouth Homeless Prevention

FALMOUTH – Registration is open for the inaugural Kirwin/Murray Memorial Bike Ride in Falmouth to benefit homelessness prevention in town.

The event, which includes a 29.3-mile ride along the coast and a more relaxed 10-mile route, is Sunday October 22 at 8 a.m.

The ride will raise money and awareness for homeless prevention and memorializes Peter Kirwin and Bob Murray, who were instrumental in developing Falmouth’s affordable housing structure.

Both rides begin at Surf Drive Beach House. The 29.3-mile ride continues along the Falmouth coastline through Hatchville to West Falmouth and Woods Hole ending back at Surf Drive. The shorter ride travels to Menauhant and back.

The event is for riders of all ages and skill levels.
