Registrations Accepted for 2019 Bismore Welcome Center Brochure Program

HYANNIS – Registrations are now being accepted for profit and non-profit cultural organizations, businesses and attractions to participate in the 2019 Bismore Park Welcome Center Brochure Program.

The center is open to visitors daily from Aprl 26th-December 1st, when travelers stop to gather information on key attractions, events and historical sites.

The cost is $100 a season for non-profit cultural organization brochures, $150 a season for for-profit cultural organizations/businesses and $200 a season for profit businesses/attractions.

“The brochure program allows for these guests to have immediate access and information at their fingertips through a personalized approach from the gateway greeters that are staffed there at the Welcome Center ”, said Town of Barnstable Assistant Director of Planning and Development Liz Hartsgrove.

Rack cards and brochures will be placed in display units and if pieces are larger than the standard 4 X 9 size, they’ll be placed on tables nearby.

Boxes of brochures can be dropped off to 200 Main Street the week of April 15th between the hours of 9am-4pm.

“We have a wide range of questions and services that we need to be able to offer and be able to provide to the guests that are questioning them”, said Hartsgrove.

There’s a request of 1,000 brochures to start the season and as they run low, you will be contacted for additional brochures.

The Center is also staffed by trained customer oriented Gateway Greeters that are available to assist connecting guests to local services and experiences.

Over 20,000 visitors travel to the Center each year.
