OSTERVILLE – The Barnstable Department of Public Works will start up a road construction project in Osterville next week.
Seaview Avenue is in line for milling and new pavement. Crews will also work on the existing drainage system.
The construction zone is between Wianno Avenue and Eel River Road. Traffic will be reduced to one lane during work hours, which are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Town officials say the project should wrap up by Friday, November 10, weather permitting. Drivers are asked to use caution in the work zone.
