Rotary Club of Falmouth Honors Paul Harris Fellows at Annual Dinner

Don Hoffer was one of this year’s two award recipients.

FALMOUTH – The Rotary Club of Falmouth honored two individuals from the community last week at its annual Paul Harris Recognition and Awards Dinner.

The rotary recognized Falmouth Police Chief Ed Dunne and longtime Rotarian and community activist, Don Hoffer as Paul Harris fellows.

A donation of $1,000 is made to the Rotary foundation in the name of each recipient.

The funds are used to support the club’s projects and good works.

The awards are named after Harris, who was the founder of the Rotary in 1905. The Rotary Club of Falmouth was established in 1922.
