Cape Cod Real Estate Sales Go Down While Prices Go Up

WEST YARMOUTH – According to the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, a total of 312 homes, comprised of 253 single-family and 59 condominiums, were sold last month.

The figure represents a decrease of 28 from last year. 

The median sale price for a single-family home increased by $40,000, while condominiums saw a rise of $20,000. 

Pending sales at the end of January dropped by 25%.
