Sandwich Arts Alliance to Host Village Concert Series

SANDWICH – The Sandwich Arts Alliance will be opening the third season of their Village Concert Series later this month and to mark the occasion they are bringing in a local.

Cape Cod favorite and Wellfleet resident, Suede, will be performing at Sandwich Town Hall on Saturday, September 23rd from 7-9 PM.

The pop, jazz, and blues singer will be joined on stage by local musicians Fred Boyle on piano and Rich Hill on bass for the one night only show.

Throughout her career, Suede has toured for sold-out crowds across the U.S. and Europe, served as Joan Rivers’s opening act, and been lauded by the New York Times as a cross between Adele, Diana Krall, and Bette Midler “Sassy, smooth, and intoxicating.”

Suede delivers her broad range of musical selections with her own unique blend of warmth, wit and musical artistry. In addition to her powerful voice, Suede plays trumpet, guitar and piano.
