Sandwich COA hosts Medication “Brown Bag Day”

SANDWICH – Cape Cod Healthcare Pharmacy Services and the Sandwich Council on Aging are teaming up to offer a “Medication Brown Bag Day” to seniors in the community.

The event takes place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Council on Aging location on Quaker Meeting House Road.

Senior citizens are encouraged to drop by with their medications for a review by Stoneman Pharmacy staff, who will go over with them to ensure they are up-to-date and being taken correctly.

The event is free and open to the public with no appointment needed.
