KA_Sandwich_Schools highschool 82_111715SANDWICH – After reviewing 14 applications for the position of interim superintendent, the Sandwich School Committee’s Interim Search Subcommittee has narrowed the search to five finalists.

The only candidate from a Cape Cod school district is Sandwich High School principal Ellin J. Booras. Other candidates are former interim superintendent of schools from Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District Kristine Nash; current assistant superintendent for administration and personnel for Weymouth Public Schools Susan Kustka; current assistant superintendent human resources for Plymouth Public Schools Pamela Gould; and former superintendent for Salem Public Schools Stephen Russell.

The five candidates will be interviewed on Saturday at Sandwich Town Hall during a meeting of the Sandwich School Committee. The meeting is open to the public, but will not be a public forum.
