SANDWICH – Sandwich will be getting a new name for a day on Sunday:
Ice Cream Sandwich.
The town’s select board recently voted unanimously to approve a temporary name change in collaboration with dairy company Hood.
“Ice Cream Sandwich” residents will be able to celebrate the temporary name change on Sunday, which coincides with National Ice Cream Sandwich Day.
