CHATHAM – The Massachusetts Shark Research Program, working with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, tagged a second shark Friday off the coast of Chatham.

According to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, the tagged shark was approximately 13 feet long.

Researchers also obtained a tissue sample from another shark.

In all, the groups spotted at least four, and possibly five, great white sharks off the coast of the Cape Friday, including a shark that has been named Chex.
