ORLEANS – Sections of Nauset Beach are being reopened to over sand vehicles, according to the town of Orleans.
Access to Nauset Spit was reopened Saturday afternoon and Nauset Beach South reopens Monday at 7 a.m.
Visitors should be prepared for challenging conditions on Nauset Beach South due to a very narrow profile and severe flooding of the back trail.
Full size campers and all-wheel drive vehicles are not recommended until conditions improve.
