HYANNIS – Cape and Islands State Senator Julian Cyr (D-Truro) will be holding several sessions this week to meet with constituents.
Forums will be held in Dennis, Centerville, Mashpee, and Yarmouth.
Cyr said all residents are welcome to attend and share concerns, discuss issues, or seek assistance on a matter involving state government.
Republican John Flores, a Barnstable town councilor, announced last week that he was seek his party’s nomination to challenge the freshman state senator.
He’s the first person to come forward and officially announce a challenge for the seat that Cyr won in November 2016.
