Seven Cape Towns Head to Polls Today

Many Cape Cod residents will take to the polls on Tuesday for their annual town elections.

In the Upper Cape, Bourne and Falmouth will both hold elections.

Voters in Yarmouth head to the polls as well today.

The Lower Cape will be well represented at the polls, with Brewster, Harwich, and Orleans all holding elections.

In the Outer Cape, Eastham voters head to the polls.
