ORLEANS – As many as eight great white sharks were spotted today off Nauset Beach.
The shark sightings were made by an airplane spotter with reports of some swimming close to shore.
There was also a confirmed predation by a white shark off Nauset Beach.
Beachgoers are advised to be shark safe as life guards are no longer on duty.
