Sewer Construction to Continue Next Week in Chatham

CHATHAM – Robert B. Our Company, Inc. will be continuing work on the Phase 1 D-1: Chatham-Harwich Regionalization Connection Project throughout next week.

From Monday, October 21st to Friday, October 25th the Mainline Sewer Crew #1 will continue the installation of force main on Meetinghouse Road.

The projected work is scheduled to change and will be adjusted accordingly based on the contractor’s actual progress and the weather.

Crews will be performing tests, installing inverts, raising castings, paving, and performing general cleanup at various locations throughout the project area.

Roads will be passable at the end of each day and police details and contractors will work with residents to ensure their needs for access are addressed.

Police details and signage will also be in place to assist motorists in reaching their destinations.

Normal work hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
