WOODS HOLE – The Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) will host a special screening of the documentary film Above and Beyond: NASA’s Journey to Tomorrow, directed by Rory Kennedy, on Monday, July 15 at 4:00 p.m. in the Lillie Auditorium.
“Above and Beyond: NASA’s Journey to Tomorrow” shines a spotlight on NASA’s historic accomplishments in space, from the moon landing, to Mars exploration, to journeys to the outer edges of the solar system and beyond.
Following the 90-minute film, Kennedy will take audience questions during a “fireside chat” with her brother Chris Kennedy, MBL Trustee and Chair, Joseph P. Kennedy Enterprises, Inc.
The event is free and open to the public.
